Catch Metro Line B towards Laurentina and Get down at Circo Massimo. Come out and walk towards Colosseum (North)
Since queue will be more in Colosseo Entrance, better to go to Palatino where u can get Combi ticket for Palatino +Roman Forum +Colosseo.
This Ticket is valid for two days. But only one entrance for each place. Eg: you can visit Roman Palatino hill Monday and next day you can visit Colosseo.. It is valid.
